Häufige Fragen zu Nachbearbeitung und Finishing

Klarlack, UV-Schutz, Wasser- und Gasschutz, Vapor Smoothing, Gewindeeinsätze (Messing und Helicoil), DeepDye-Schwarzfärbung, Sandstrahlen und Gewindebohren lassen sich direkt beim Druckauftrag auswählen. Lackierung in Pantone-Farbe und Elektroplattieren sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
Vapor Smoothing ist für MJF-gedruckte Nylon-Bauteile ausgelegt. Das Verfahren erzeugt nahezu spritzgussähnliche Oberflächen und verbessert gleichzeitig die Dichtigkeit des Bauteils erheblich.
Für Sichtbauteile empfehlen wir Lackierung in Pantone-Farbe (SLA) oder Vapor Smoothing (MJF). Beide Verfahren liefern eine Oberfläche, die optisch nicht mehr als 3D-Druck erkennbar ist – ideal für Messe-Exponate, Designmodelle und Endprodukte.

Das hängt vom Verfahren ab. Beschichtungen (Klarlack, UV-Schutz) und Gewindeeinsätze beeinflussen die äusseren Masse nicht. Vapor Smoothing glättet die Oberfläche durch minimalen Materialabtrag. Bei engen Toleranzen empfehlen wir, dies vorab mit uns abzusprechen.
