About us
Swiss3D is a full-service provider of additive manufacturing based in Bellach SO. We produce prototypes, fixtures and small series in plastic and metal, using processes such as FDM, SLS, SLA, MJF and SLM.
Our customers come from mechanical engineering, medical technology, laboratory technology and research and development. With our in-house platform they get a price for their part within seconds and can place orders as a team or through their own company portals.
We are growing fast and are looking for a personality to strengthen our team who builds new business relationships with industrial companies and advises our customers competently.
Your responsibilities
- •You build business relationships with the development and design departments of industrial companies in our target industries.
- •You analyse the needs of potential customers and show how additive manufacturing supports their development and production.
- •You hold initial meetings and accompany projects together with our technical team through to the quotation.
- •You help develop and carry out marketing and sales activities, for example campaigns with sample parts.
- •You look after existing corporate customers and open up further departments and applications there.
- •You maintain your customer relationships in the CRM and coordinate regularly with management.
- •You represent Swiss3D at customer meetings and trade fairs.
Your profile
- •You have a technical apprenticeship or a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, product development or a related field.
- •You understand technical drawings and can talk to engineers and designers as an equal.
- •You are confident and enjoy building long-term customer relationships.
- •You work independently and in a structured way and reliably keep agreements.
- •You communicate with confidence in German. Good French or English skills are an advantage.
- •Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. You are interested in 3D printing and new manufacturing technologies.
