    • Note: If 3D models represent potentially illegal content (e.g. weapons), we may forward data to the relevant authorities if necessary.

    • For certain print jobs, possibly to partner companies in Germany and abroad (always with NDA)

  1. Consent
    • Consent is obtained for the disclosure of data to third parties without an NDA if this is necessary.
  2. Contract fulfillment
    • We need your data to execute and process the contract (3D printing order) (e.g. shipping, invoicing).

    • Storage of 3D models and data in order to be able to cooperate in the event of possible legal violations or inquiries from authorities (e.g. illegal content).

  2. Data transmission abroad
    • 3D models may be transmitted to partner companies outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA if the printing is done externally. This is only done on the basis of NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of your order.
  3. Publications
    • Reference images will only be published with the express consent of the customer.

7. storage period

  1. General storage period
    • 3D files are generally stored for 5 years.
  2. Invoice data
    • Are not deleted (e.g. for reasons of traceability and accounting documentation).
  3. Deletion
    • If data is no longer required and there are no legal or contractual retention periods, it will be deleted.

  1. Right to information
    • You have the right to receive information about your stored data at any time. Please contact us at info@swiss3d.ch.
  2. Correction and deletion
    • You can request the correction of incorrect data or the deletion of your personal data, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary. We will confirm your request in writing.

    • You can object to the processing of your data at any time, in particular for tracking and marketing measures. Please contact us for this as well.
