Brief description: PETG is a thermoplastic polyester known for its robustness, flexibility and high impact resistance. It offers good chemical resistance and is easier to print than many other filaments. PETG is transparent, but can also be produced in different colors. It is ideal for functional parts that require higher strength and flexibility than PLA.
Suitable uses:
- Functional parts that require greater strength
- Waterproof applications
- Parts that require chemical resistance
- Transparent applications
Unsuitable uses:
- High temperature applications
- Applications that require extremely high rigidity
